  • Orders are processed within 24 to 48 working hours after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During promotional periods or high-volume times (festive sales, etc.), processing may take slightly longer.

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Once shipped, your order will typically be delivered within 2 to 7 working days, depending on the shipping address and courier partner serviceability.
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters, or logistics delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹500.
  • A flat shipping fee of ₹99 will be charged on orders below ₹500.

4. Serviceable Locations

  • We deliver across most pin codes in India through our trusted courier partners.
  • In case your location is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout or via email/phone after placing your order.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with your tracking number and courier details.
  • You can track your order status directly through the link provided or by visiting the courier partner’s website.

6. Delivery Issues

a. Delayed Delivery

While we strive for on-time delivery, delays may occur due to courier issues or external factors. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

b. Missed Delivery

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt re-delivery or contact you. In case of failed multiple delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us.

7. Tampered or Damaged Packages

  • If you receive a tampered, damaged, or opened package, we recommend that you do not accept the delivery.

8. Multiple Products in One Order

In rare cases, items may be shipped from different warehouses and delivered in multiple shipments. You will be notified of any such instances.

9. Change in Delivery Address

  • Changes to the delivery address can only be made before the order is shipped.
  • Once the package is dispatched, we will not be able to modify the delivery address.
