Refunds, Returns & Cancellation Policy

At Luxzeria, we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our top priority. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’ve designed a straightforward policy to handle returns, refunds, and cancellations.
1. Returns & Replacements
You are eligible to return or request a replacement if:
- You received a damaged, defective, expired, or wrong item.
- Items are missing from your order.
- The return request is made within 5 days from the date of delivery.
Return Conditions
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags, labels, and seals intact.
- Returns are not applicable on used items, hygiene products, or final-sale items (unless defective or incorrect).
- Free gifts or promotional items are non-returnable.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used products.
- Personal care items (unless faulty).
- Items marked as non-returnable or final sale.
- Products returned without original packaging/invoice.

- Reason for return
- Photo or video evidence (if applicable)
If approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup. If not serviceable, you may be asked to courier the product back.
4. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 working days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via NEFT or a payment link sent via SMS/email.
- Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Cancellations
Before Shipping
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us via email or phone.
- The full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
After Shipping
- Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.
- However, you may initiate a return after receiving the order.
6. Rejection at Delivery
If you reject the order at delivery without prior cancellation:
- Return-to-origin charges may apply.
- Repeated rejections may result in temporary suspension of Cash on Delivery for your account.
7. Change in Delivery Address
- Delivery address can be changed only before dispatch.
- Once shipped, redirection is not guaranteed and depends on the courier partner’s policy.
